NWT Jun & Ivy Baby Blue Smocked Mini Dress Sz L

I couldn’t find a model wearing this dress in this color but found one wearing it in another. This is a baby blue smocked dress. It is so cute! Under the bust, it has like a crocheted middle that is see through. The skirt part is lined. There is a tie at the neck. Fits a true large or a loose medium. Retails for $66. Would be cute for a spring garden party or a summer shower. Or even an outdoor wedding outfit!
