November birthstone silver person pendant & chain

NWT, in new condition, and kept in a clean smoke free home. This is tagged $7.97 which is so low for a sterling silver pendant. Must have been in a warehouse for a while. Sold at Hills. The chain was sold separate - is included- in excellent condition. Person charm is mobile and removable so can be worn as a charm on key ring , bracelet, necklace, or anywhere. Approximate 15” chain Approximate 1 1/8” long pendant (includes bail) yellow color center and white head. Bail opening 5mm Charm near clasp on necklace is marked Monet. Looks like it may have writing inside the bail but I couldn’t make it out. I didn’t find any silver markings. Both stones registered as gemstones under category garnet, tourmaline, iolite.
