I bought this dress online from Temu, it has never been worn, but it didnt come with tags or even a label sewn in. It says the size is 3X- though it is extremely stretchy, there is no way this fits a 3X. I am a 1X and it was fitted on me. It comes with a belt, and there is elastic around the cuff of the sleeves for a fuller look. measurements are waiste = 14 1/2" hips= 17" length from shoulder to bottom hem is 42"
