Stunning navy blue blouse with an elastic peplum waist, front buttons and sheer flower details. It’s 62% silk and 38% cotton, and it’s in excellent condition. Although it says “size 0,” it runs a little large. It fits me and I’m normally a size 4 or 6. Measurements were taken with the shirt laid flat.
