This is adorable. It is a clutch bag in a gorgeous floral design from the brand Ted Baker. It is lined in a neon pink. There is a zipped pocket and an insert for three cards inside. The bag does come with a gold like chain so that it can also be used as a shoulder bag. It can be used as a clutch and carried by inserting your hand through the loop. See photo. Super cute. Never used.
