I have multiple beautiful unworn dresses in my closet. I am at the age that I realize I will not fit in them in my lifetime! This is an unknown size 10 chiffon dress that I felt had great 50's/60's Hepburn vibes. back zip, beautiful attached scarf at shoulder. There is a belt loop on the right side. I would put a thin belt with a cute bling buckle on the dress. you could easily cut the loop off also. I put the scarf through the loop, thinking that may be it's purpose but I don't know- I like the scarf flowing. this is fully gathered at the waist to twirl and dance.
