This is a vintage raincoat, my guess is 80s but unsure based on the style. 100% vinyl with adjustable strings on hood and at the base, with elastic arm holes. Zipper reads RSG, Brand is Clipper Bay.
Great condition, i don’t think it’s ever been used, found when clearing out a great grandparents home and has been in a closet sense.
