NWOT! Brand New! Never worn! Pristine Condition. No flaws. Puff sleeve. Stretch band on sleeve. Can be worn off shoulder. Smocked top on front and back. Slight flare skirt. Super stretchy. Can fit up to size small (2/4) Has pockets! Great length. Still has tag to remove before wearing. Not sure what the print is called but beautiful boho/indie style paisley. Colors are better in person. Bits of orange throughout print and mostly pink and white. Loved this dress but ready to rotate for something new.
