So many pretty details on this dress.. it has lace around the neck and back, embroidery around the neck wrapping around to the waist, allover Swiss dot print, elastic waistband, lined to thigh, sleeveless, ties at neckline (can be worn open or tied/in a bow), with tassels/fringe and a silver bead. No flaws, very minimal or no signs of wear.
