Smocked floral short set by Peixoto. Size XS. Smocked top with shoulder ties and flare shorts with smocking at top and ruffled leg openings. Pictures do not do it justice. Fit granddaughter at size 5. Shorts waist approx 9 1/2” without stretching (see pic), but stretch easily to 10 1/2 or 11”. Could prob fit Size 4 or Size 5. Excellent condition. Bundle & Save
