"Jessica Howard" Skirt Suit, Size 14; fits like a 12.

Suit is a size 14 but fits like a size 12. The jacket of this suit has a black velvet collar and zips in front. There are should pads that can be removed. The skirt zips and has elastic in back. Jacket measures 21" pit to pit and 24 1/2" from shoulder to hem. Waist of skirt is 30"; wider with elastic in back, and 25" from top of waistband to hem. Made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex. In very good condition.
