Urban Outfitters Kimchi Floral Blue Romper

This romper is a dark blue with a floral pattern, and has a very flattering fit! There is a gorgeous ruffle design around the neckline, and an open back with large ruffles. The outside is made of 100% rayon and the lining is 100% polyester. It measures 28” in length and 17” in the bust. Only worn once to a baby shower-no signs of wear!
