Candy stripe ruffle maxi skirt Anthropologie style

joyful and stunning wrap skirt, looks like Anthropologie but is by New York & Company! never worn , only thing to note is one interior button is missing,( can wear as is) but it comes with an extra button. currently has an approx 30" waist, but could be adjusted by sewing a button to a different spot. Quality cotton blend / cotton lined with long side tie, ruffles, tiers, and a high low hem, 45 in inches at longest point in back. stripes of light pink, blue, orange ,white, and soft red.
