Black scalloped edge 2” pump women heel shoes clothes

These shoes do not have a size tag. I wear an 8 1/2 and these are too tight for me although I can put them on. It’s between a 7 1/2 and an 8. So a narrow foot size 8 or average 7 1/2 should fit fine. They were worn outside but hurt my feet so barely worn. Not sure why I have a shoe too small and why make a shoe without a size tag? 2” heel It says of man made material - they are made nice- sturdy sole and heel and overall shoe but not sure of the fabric. Brand is Studio 9. Shoe is in good condition, clean, and kept in a clean smoke free home #clothes }shoes
