Does waist have any stretch/give beyond 14” flat measurement you posted? If so how much?
Also what is hip measurement at fullest point below fly? Thanks.

@rrebert Hi, if stretch, the waist is 14.5 inches. And the fullest part of the hip is roughly 18.5 inches.
