I double checked Posh's policy and it is legal to own and sell. - Originally made and sold out of Meridian, Ms and is embroidered for the original owner (the estate I bought from). - A note on the fit - Because it is a capelet, the sizing is free. I am a plus size gal, and I can technically wear this. However, the broader your shoulders, like me, the less comfortable it will be nor will it sit on the body as intended.
