Red, White, and Blue Gingham Maxi Halter Dress by Beach Party

OMG! This is one of the best vintage dresses! I love this label. They made great little dresses back in the day with fully lined bust and super cute cotton fabrics. Perfect for summer music festivals, beach parties, or 4th of July celebrations. There is a little bit of elastic in the back, kind of like a swim top, but not as stretchy. The skirt is an A line from the empire waist and has a little ruffle on the bottom. The back of the neck has two little buttons for closure. armpit to armpit is about 17 inches. My mannequin has a 35 inch bust and this was a little snug. Empire waist is 14" Natural waist is 1” Hips are 20” It is in excellent vintage condition over all. There is just some slight yellowing under the arms but it's very very faint and hardly even noticeable.
