Hey! Is it possible for you to measure the inside sole/insole of the shoe?. Also, would you say they’re true to size, or do they fit more like a 5.5/6?

I have no idea of fit. I don't know anyone who wears that size, unfortunately.

Inside tip to heel is 9 1/2" following contours of the feet. Because this has a pointed tip, I would take that into consideration.
