Hope you have your latte handy because I can tell you a story about these and where they have been....mostly in my closet since 1995, but I bought these in 1994 to take on a trip to the Texas coast. I wore them out a few times and the leather quality has remained all these years, primarily because they were only worn then on a trip and not much even during that adventure vacation. I was going for a Hippie look and these did not disappoint. I've held on to them because they remind me of when I went dancing on my trip and the nicest and cutest stranger named Kip asked me to dance. He knew how to line dance and I didn't (and it should not have been in sandals!) but when you dance with someone who knows what they are doing, suddenly you can dance too!
