amanda3383Hey Anthony, I stay off other platforms. Here’s my email Amanda@envypublishers.com

Jun 11Reply

thebagfather@cwoody111 Hello, because we have so many shows you can always ask the host to rerun and if it's still available they will. Can't guarantee we still have it unfortunately.

Jun 14Reply

amanda3383Heyyy, can you believe one of your well known poshers scammed me last night. I want to send you the screen shot of who it is. I have to report and block them now… but wanted to let you know in case they are like this with everyone. I actually trusted they would purchase because they are well known on your closet.. so upsetting. I hope you have a great day, see you later in your shows ❤️ very proud bag fam member 🥰

glamwithbreeHello and nice to meet you. How did you get started on your business? Are you selling the whole sale?

Jul 11Reply

londonsboutiqueHi, I’m not sure how to contact you because a live auction is taking place now but I wanted to reach out right away. I was directed by Poshmark customer service to contact the seller directly. I accidentally hit the bid button by mistake on the LV Monogram White Wallet. Can you cancel the order please as I mentioned it right away when it happened?

Jul 13Reply

thebagfather@londonsboutique Hello please be careful with your accidental bidding as all sales are final. Thanks, Jess

Jul 25Reply

lauriesimon65Hey there . I am obsessed with your live shows . I purchased a Chanel tote from you . Thought i could use it too small , I have it on my page reposhed . But it’s really dirty on the inside - just want a recommendation on how to clean it . Tried just dawn and water didn’t work .

Jul 25Reply

embee65I accidentally hit a button on your show! Can you get in touch with me please?!

Jul 28Reply

thebagfather@embee65 We apologize for the inconvenience. We are just following Poshmarks guidelines. All sales are final so please be careful with accidental biddings. Jess

cathiemaeAnthony I bought Dior bag from The Bagfather (you) and I sold it. Now I’m getting flack that this bag is not authentic from person that bought it. I assumed bags you sell are authenticated. Please tell me as what to do about this?

Sep 13Reply

thebagfather@cathiemae Hello, all our items are authentic and authenticated by us. If over $500 it's also sent to Posh for authentication again before it gets to you. If you bought from us it's not fake. Jess

Sep 14Reply

mldupree40@thebagfather Please honor my bid from Sept 14th for the all black Gucci shoulder bag canvas. I had a fraud alert and updated right away. Please help me secure my purchase. Thank you! I left messages for you yesterday and today. Help!

Sep 16Reply

thebagfather@mldupree40 We regret to inform you that bag is no longer available. If a fraud alert ever happens again make to update right away and let the host know that it's been updated so they can rerun for you. Please follow and like. We have daily shows and new inventory daily. Jess

mldupree40@thebagfather The Gucci shoulder bag in black canvas is still listed as available. Please advise. Thx

Sep 19Reply

thebagfather@mldupree40 If you see something available in our closet feel free to submit an offer. You can also ask our host to see the bag on our daily live shows and you can bid when it's auctioned. Jess

poshified23Hi, I just purchased a “Sport” clutch on the live show but wasn’t sure of the brand. Can you please confirm that’s the actual brand? Couldn’t find anything online. Thanks!

Nov 12Reply

kbbraaksma@thebagfather, I have bought lots of things from you, and you are the only one I trust to buy luxury bags from. I’m curious if you would ever consider donating to a fundraiser for a school? My son goes to St. Bernard Academy in Nashville, and I’m on the auction committee this year. Event is March 2nd. It would be amazing to offer up a luxury bag from THEbagfather! I can send you info if you think you might be interested.

Dec 18Reply

thebagfather@kbbraaksma That sounds wonderful. I'll pass along the information. Jess

Dec 19Reply

kbbraaksma@thebagfather thank you so much!!

Dec 19Reply

thebagfather@kbbraaksma Feel free to share the info : )

Dec 19Reply

kbbraaksma@thebagfather, do you have an email address I can send it to? It's a PDF. Not sure how to attach here? Sorry to be difficult! ;-)

Dec 19Reply

thebagfather@kbbraaksma Unfortunately we cannot give out personal information as it violates Poshmarks guidelines. Jess

Dec 21Reply

kbbraaksma@thebagfather totally understand. I just read last night that donation requests are too. Whoops. So sorry!!

Dec 21Reply

thebagfather@kbbraaksma No problem. Happy Holidays : )

Dec 28Reply

cookercarol@thebagfather I didn’t order bags from your show. I guess I’ve been scammed. Cancel the order please……

Jan 08Reply

cookercarol@thebagfather I didn’t buy anything from you so how did you get my info to sell me something I didn’t bid on. I was asleep when my phone woke me up. How did you do that is what I’d like to know. Cancel the order please I didn’t order anything from you

Jan 08Reply

thebagfather@cookercarol Hello we are unable to cancel an order on our end once it's been processed. Not sure how this could have happened if you said you were asleep when the bid was done. Perhaps there was a glitch with Poshmark. You can follow up with them to further advise. Jess

Jan 16Reply

cookercarol@thebagfather posh refunded my money from transaction. Very disappointed in how this whole thing happened. I’ve never bought designer bags in my 74 years on this earth. Taking a break from all the craziness on this site . Hope this never happens again . This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had trying to get my money back from things I did not bid, buy, or purchase.

Jan 17Reply

cookercarol@embee65 The same thing happened to me. Trying to sell me bags I didn’t bid on at his show and refused to give money back. Can’t believe posh allows this on there site.

Jan 17Reply

embee65@cookercarol yea - super annoying!

Jan 17Reply

cookercarol@embee65 He has a lot of accidental sales and refuses to give your money back. Posh needs to look into this sales practices in thebagfather site. Something going on. Happened to me too.

Jan 17Reply

cookercarol@embee65 It happened to me too. Way too many accidental bids. Stay off his site something going on and Posh needs to step in and investigate his posh party’s .

Jan 17Reply

cookercarol@embee65

Jan 17Reply

embee65@cookercarol I agree!!!

Jan 17Reply

cookercarol@thebagfather you seem to have way to many accidental bids at your party’s where there is no refund . Way to many. I think the glitch is in your site.

Jan 17Reply

britishsue@cookercarol absolutely it is , I have reported it.

Feb 28Reply

britishsue@cookercarol I agree totally, I have reported them .

Feb 28Reply

britishsueSame with me , I was swiping out of the show when I got charged for a bag. Have contacted consumer rights and will follow up with all your guys that have had the same experience.

Feb 28Reply

cookercarol@britishsue Posh has to see all the complaints and does nothing about it. It took me weeks to get my 1325.00 dollars back. I never bid or purchased anything but he said I did and no refunds. Crazy what’s going on this site. Posh needs to remove him , way to many complaints

Feb 28Reply

makeysI don’t understand why you are forcing me to buy the bag. I literally picked up my iPad and grab it at the bid button. If you sell so much why can’t you just resell it . I’m only on posh to buy kids clothes with the money I earn. Please cancel my order. Please.🙏🏻

Mar 12Reply

makeysI’m totally disappointed reading all the comments of how people have lost their money on your shows ..I will block you I will never make that mistake with you again. I don’t know how you sleep at night with all the complaints on your account . Terrible.

Mar 12Reply

thebagfatherHello @makeys, No one has been forced to buy anything from us. To win an item, the person has to bid, and it is a Poshmark policy that All bids are binding, and a winning bid cannot be canceled as an accidental purchase. At the end of the auction, a pop-up will appear with the winner. If you are the winner, the winning bid amount and any shipping, taxes, or additional fees are listed. I'm very sor if you disagree with this policy. Please reach out to Poshmark Support with your concerns.

Mar 15Reply

remalapitHi Anthony! I’m sorry about last night. I was asleep with my phone. I would love to buy something so luxurious one day. Forgive me, I watch your show til I fall asleep, next time I’ll put it out of my reach. I have a dream purse that’s on my bucket list that I will have one day. Keep up the good work. Your honesty and knowledge that keeps me watching. Thank you. Remalaaaaah!

picking4youHello, my payment did not go through on an order last night and since it was an accidental bid you reran item for another person and they bought item. Why is item showing shipped and charges pending? You also immediately blocked me on @bagriculture so I could not reach out there. Please advise.

denise_gr76Hello How do i shop your closet? Not in auction.

Jul 15Reply

drokkat@thebagfather Hi Anthony I'm a re seller too not at your label but when someone ask me for cancellations yes Poshmark give the seller the right to cancel the bid and we don't loose anything but win a loyal buyer in the future and yes I'm aware of Poshmark right that after the bid is done is binding to the buyer but also Poshmark allows you to cancel sales specially when are accidental and I'm not blaming you ok? I think Poshmark should protect the buyers when they bid on accident

Aug 04Reply

drokkatI have buy from you and I'm happy with my purchases and the posh non cancellation rule is just business for them they here to make money out of all of us and is our job to be concider with each other on my opinion so yes be careful with your phones at night because we may push wrong buttons by accident it happens to me multiple times and I have to honor the bids if sellers declined my petition of cancel good vive's for all

Aug 04Reply

janwhichardDon’t bother writing to Anthony or lacus. Both are subpar people. I’m done with them.
