Hi! Is the 16.5 inch length from the tippy top of blouse (at those peaks) or is it starting from the bodice? I have a long torso so trying to see if it would work!

@kcam19 completely understand your concern, this one is a hard one to measure. It’s about 16.5” from the top peak ruffle to the straightest part of the bottom. From the top of the bust, without including ruffle, to the bottom it’s about 14.5”. From the pit area with the ruffle to the bottom it’s about 11.5” and without the ruffle to the bottom it’s about 10.5”. I think that's all the measurements I can give haha.
