Reposhing this item I purchased from @graywildflower. Loved it, but it ran a little larger than I expected, so it is still NWT - not worn! This cotton/poly blend has a linen like look and feel. The cream colored lace detail around the hem of the top adds a flirty component. The top buttons up the front and sleeves that can be left long or rolled up with a button tab.
