This is a Nautical Sailor Dress from long ago Hot Topic. Decently thick fabric. Has some stretch. It's black with white accents. Has a bit of wear, but I tried my best to take care of my favorite items over the years. I know it seems a bit high on price for something used, but the fabric is thicker than a lot of stuff now... This is Hot Topic Junior sizing, so beware that the medium fits a bit tighter. Coming from a smoke free home. I apologize for the fuzz /fur in the photos. I will do my best to make sure it's taken care of and cleaned up before sending it off.
