VTG Mickey Mouse Disneyland Souvenir ear hat made in USA BY BENAY ALBEE

Hat has Max on back. This is very VTG not knowing really the year. In research this is what I found. Benay-Albee Novelty Co. Company which introduced the Mickey Mouse ear hats for sale at Disneyland. The hats were patterned after those designed by Roy Williams and worn by the Mouseketeers on the Mickey Mouse Club television show during the 1950’s. This hat still has the small elastic that goes under the chin.
