This two-piece dress is adorable. The sheath dress with back zipper has a beautiful ornately flowered pattern to the waist. The front is a scoop neck. The jacket is intended to be worn with covered buttons in the back. The buttons are just for style (they actually have snaps under for ease.) The front of the jacket has darts to fit attractively under the bra area , with a pretty, scalloped bottom intended to show a peek at the bodice. It’s so much prettier than pictures show. There are no tags, as it is circa 1950, but was very gently worn, virtually new. It almost appears hand made but high quality. We guess the size to be 3/4 , with plenty of material in the hem. Gorgeous for a cocktail party, elegant and fun.
