NWT LOFT muscle tank with ruching

Flattering sleeveless tank from LOFT. Ruched detail allows for dressing up or down. Not a cap sleeve but more like a muscle tank with slightly wider but still sleeveless cut. Relaxed fit (aka, waist is roughly the same measurement as the chest). Pit to pit and shoulder to hem measurements shown in pics. Fabric context and care instructions also shown.
