What does the bust stretch to please?

hi....I believe it was very stretchy because of the smocking. I remember feeling like it had a lot of room. When I bought it I thought it was going to fit perfectly and the dress was actually too big for me. I am not able to measure it stretched out right now, but I can do it for you later today and try to take a picture so it might help to see how stretchy it is. 🙂

@pw2218 I measured it from side to side with stretching it quite a bit ( but not to the max) and I get 25 or 26 inches across so if you double that I think it would work for you. 🙂 Let me know if you have any other questions.
