shannonweeks4Hi there, I’m not sure if you saw my messages in the order case convo but I am absolutely MORTIFIED of the experience you’ve had with my dress…I am truly so sorry and I do not know how this happened. I’ve only ever tried the dress on in the PatBo store in SoHo and then brought it home and never wore it. Tags still on. I wonder if a possible self tanner got on the dress when I tried it on perhaps?

shannonweeks4As for the the other complains I truly do not know where this could have come from…the dress has been stored in a closet at my parents house for the last two years so maybe got on it? I am open to whatever option works best for you, I can help with dry cleaning or if you want to rid of the dress completely I can initiate a return for you. Please let me know I will reach out to Poshmark to get this sorted. Again I am so so sorry
