Vintage Y2K sweater skirt with liner

Vintage. I think I bought it in 1999 or 2000. Great condition. Kinda fuzzy but that's to be expected with this type of fabric. Multi-colored. Black liner. Half zipper on the back. Mini length. No stretch. Size 3 but I'd say it's closer to a size 0. Please compare measurements with something you own. Feel free to ask any questions or for more pictures. Smoke free/pet friendly home.
