Rolex ORIGINAL Vintage 1950's Aqua Watch Box With Original Powder Blue Outer Box. Beautiful and rare set of Rolex presentation box, and even more rare, the outer cardboard box. The presentation box has a sage green/aqua color with tailored details. The print of the box is reminiscent of ostrich leather. The top of the box has the Rolex crown. The fuzzy green liner is missing from the bottom of the box. The underneath of the box has a “Lawton’s Jewelers Orlando Florida” gold sticker. The hinge works well, but is showing signs of stress and the box itself is perfectly aligned and in very good vintage condition structurally.The outer box is a baby powder, blue with gold Rolex crown stamp with ribbons below, which is rare. Size: Outer Box: 5” x 4.5” x 2” Watch Case: 4” x 4.5” x 1.75” Condition: outer box is in good vintage condition with all sides intact. Gold Rolex emblem is Chris, slight paper, discoloration, due to age and scattered small scuffs, especially on edges. The watchcase is in good structural condition with working hinge. The hinge area that is covered by the decorative paper, has a stress line. the gold Rolex emblem is still crisp, but with some loss of gilding. The inside headliner of the box is lined in a satin type fabric with the word Rolex written in big black letters and the Rolex crown. The Rolex crown has a smudge the felt lining of the bottom of the box is missing , but the lining on the hinge is intact.
