This skirt is perfect for spring! 100% polyester knit. Brand is Fire Islander Petites. Made in USA. Tagged a vintage size 8. Machine washable. The waist is elastic and is fairly tiny. I actually have it pulled out to fit on the hanger. Skirt is in nice condition.

-Across waist unstretched 9.5" to 14.5" stretched
-Length from top to hem 24.5"
