by & by Strapless Lace and Tulle Special Occasion Dress

Translucent lace bodice with sweetheart neckline (bust area is lined and opaque.) Tulle and satin fully-lined skirt. Small aurora borealis crystals offer a hint of sparkle. Center back zipper closure. Dress has been professionally altered, but not worn. (Prom date cancelled.) Sides were taken in by 2” total through the bust, and 1.25” at the waist, however no fabric was cut, so it could be let back out to the full dimensions if needed. No hemming was done. Dress length from top of bust: 55.25”. Skirt length from center waist seam: 44.25”. Color: Ice Blue.
