Vintage 1940s black rayon peplum jacket blazer with intricate sheer cutout

Easy to wear in spring and summer. The jacket has a peplum with detailed sheer cutout details. Built in belt with rhinestone detail. Bracelet length sleeves. Jacket B 34-36” (flexible with style) W 27” Length from shoulder to back hem on peplum 26” Sleeve length Condition very good. One small pinhole on back of jacket. The cutout details have some threads due to the method and being cleaned over time.
