NWT!!! This black sequined dress is by H&M. It says small on the tag. However, from my experience; their sizes run one larger. So, it fits as an XS. All measurements are done on one side, flat across. Bust: 16 & 1/2 inches Length: 27 inches The purse has no name brand attached. It is in excellent condition. It's just missing the original tags. (See pics) It is copper orange colored and sequined with a very long strap. This is so it hangs at the waist.
