Absolutely beautiful, baby blue Louisa ruffle collar blouse. Featuring puff sleeves, wide cuffs, and a perfect light weight & airy fabric. Size small, but fits more like a medium (wide set shoulders, and loose body). Love this, but I should have sized down for the puff shoulders to hit in the right spot. So perhaps a better fit for a true medium, or someone with broad shoulders to add some softness. This is brand new, purchased direct from the Mille storefront during a warehouse sale. Never worn.
