Women's black sandals

These NINE WEST women's black semi-stacked sandals with cutout design, NWOT. There is a tag inside that reads U.S. size 4, I believe they are mislabeled. They are more like a size 6.5. Please note the comparison picture with an actual size 6.5 Noat sandal. They have a velcro closing at the ankle.
