Black denim mini skirt

Black denim mini skirt. Brand is Pacsun. Has a lace up thing going on each side. Marked a size 27 in women's (when I measured it was 29 inches at the waist but I'm listing as the size it was on the tag just in case someone is searching for it.) Flaw: zipper part is a little bent but functions fine. (close up shot on 4th photo) I haven't tried ironing the fabric to see if it would lie flat yet. Measures 14.5 inches at the waist (29 inches), hips are 19 inches (38 inches) and it is 13 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits.
