Beautiful and Classic Brooks Brothers Black Lace Skirt Y2K. Quality black lace over a georgette slip with scallop lace edging. The waistband is finished on the interior with black grosgrain ribbon. Side Zipper. Runs small. Very good condition with light wear to the bottom of the lace as shown.
