M fits like an XS
L fits like a Sm
I have a 29" waist and 36" bust and would have to loosen the large about 6" to get it on before tightening.
There is no panel behind the lacing so if you loosen it, it is bare skin. Which is hot but also not what I needed when I ordered these.
Back comes down to a point at the butt, so it definitely accentuates the CHEEKS.
