Sweet pleated detailing on the back with 3 shiny buttons. The balloon skirt is fully lined black. Flat measurements of top is 23” pit to pit, Length from neck to bottom hem is 22”, Sleeve length from top of shoulder to end is 27”. Elasticized waist band unstretched is 13”. Length of skirt is 32”.
