skhestmark @anfrttr565656 hi! There are no rips. It is actually brand new. I bought it for a wedding but ended up wearing a different dress. Never been worn and still has the tag attached.

skhestmark @jackiej426 it is both a zipper and an elastic waist so the waist size is adjustable. The top can be tightened or loosened depending on how you tie it.
