Adjustable Belt Bag, worn once, unknown brand, super cute!

Adjustable Belt Bag, worn once, unknown brand, super cute! This bag is essentially new. My mom used the last hole and added an additional hole next to it, but all others are not punctured yet (see pics). I’m a 27” waist and you can see me in a picture wearing it on the tightest notch (a little big). But I measured the inside circumference at the last hole and it was ~34”. So this bag would be great for someone roughly 28-34” waist if worn at waist or you could wear crossbody, as many do!
