This vintage cross stitch portrays Millet’s The Gleaners to which the words “Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread” have been added. Stitched on linen in traditional shades of blue, red, brown and grey, it is surrounded by a border which finishes off the piece very nicely. It measures 14.25” x 12.5”. The frame is black with a red stripe.
Note: There is a small nick on the lower center section of the frame and visible in the photo. (062)
