Years ago, Kate Spade made a special line of bags called “Kate Spade Collect”. All were made in Italy using the finest materials and were released in limited numbers. I understood the assignment and collected quite a few of them myself. My pre-spring cleaning has revealed this gem. You should probably buy it before I change my mind, LOL. I’ve been holding onto it because it really is so special and absolutely gorgeous and unique but I don’t recall ever wearing it. Marie Kondo would not approve. It’s just too pretty! So it deserves a closet where it will be taken out and appreciated :-) This is a great bag in the perfect size. Not too big or small. The gorgeous black pony hair is just the right length and is soft and smooth. There is an inside zipper compartment as well with the signature KS Collect stamp. This bag has a rectangular shape that is absolutely perfect. I love the way it zips open. I love the way the structure of the bag is balanced with the hand painted silver glitter specks throughout. The deep mahogany metallic leather trim is fabulous too. There is much attention paid to the details.
