maidenlanedcs @greenbergphylli Hey Greenberg. Sorry to hear that. As you know, we are a consignment store. Had you contacted us first about the issue, we may have had some time to accommodate you and work something out. But the second you opened a case with Poshmark, you took it out of my hands and left it up to Poshmark. Poshmark made their decision, closed the case, released the funds, and the consignor of the bag has since been payed out in full. We're just not in a position to do anything more.
