New in box. Excellent condition. Never used except for the video. I do not have the original batteries anymore but they were just generic triple As. There's an 8 or 20 minute setting with automatic shut off. You can also change the brightness. You look at the light that it makes on your ceiling/wall and synchronize your breathing to it and it relaxes you. Great for insomniacs and/or anxiety. Feel free to ask any questions. lenabobina@tjs_sanctuary I think I just used the batteries it came with but I can't promise I did bc I don't remember. But it definitely works. The video shows the light that shines on your wall or wherever you point it at to look at. I hope that makes sense and answers your question. Let me know if you have anymore questions. 😊
