@courtneyconn624 they don’t say specifically whether they are they aren’t, but I would guess that they are pretty water resistant given the material on the outside— it’s higher quality than a rubber boot, but looks to be fairly repellent . The only issue would be that the fit wouldn’t be tight because they are clogs, so if they’re splashing, water is definitely going to get inside of them!
