All of my UGG listings were purchased at an authentic UGG outlet location. The slippers may have been overstocks or could have small flaws. Some inside tags may have a red mark to prevent return attempts to a regular store. I will describe any issues I find. Please examine description and pictures carefully. *All receipts have been kept to prove authenticity.* This pair: New/No box. The fabulous FLUFF YEAH in charcoal gray. Available in both size 8 & 9. ON THE SIZE 8: A small area of fur on the big toe of the right slipper looks matted; slightly flawed. I have included a picture. Would never be noticed while wearing. Otherwise, these look great. I find no issues with the size 9 but they are marked with red on the inside tags. Seller assumes responsibility for fit so PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS if you require measurements.
