2000s Japan lightweight reversible vest (sunny yellow/denim)

I purchased this in a select shop in Tokyo in the mid-2000. It’s a perfectly reversible piece in that both sides are equally cute! Yellow side is cotton, other side is medium denim. Both sides have faux suede shoulder patches and two side pockets. Easy snap buttons. Really fun to layer over a dress, skirt, or hoodie and jeans - it’s a great piece. No branding on it which I think is pretty sweet! There’s also no sizing info, but fits about a 4 US. In great condition.
