Large pleaded white A-line skirt

This cute funky little skirt has 3 inch wide pleats, and it is almost like a foam material. It’s very squishy you can see from the pictures how it squishes down. It’s got some previous hanger clamp marks on it but after getting it wet has expanded to its original form. Skirt measures 18 inches top to bottom.
